What is a ‘safe wash’?
A "safe wash" is a meticulous exterior cleaning process that involves multiple stages to ensure your vehicle is thoroughly cleaned, with all dirt and road grime removed from the paintwork and exterior surfaces before any contact occurs. After the entire exterior has been cleaned from top to bottom, we apply a hydrophobic sealant to create a water-repellent barrier, providing additional protection for your car.

In this unit-based package, we meticulously lift your vehicle and remove all the wheels. Each wheel is then thoroughly decontaminated and deep cleaned, along with the brake calipers and wheel arches.
After cleaning, we apply a ceramic coating to the wheels and brake calipers. This coating not only enhances their shine and prevents everyday dirt from adhering but also provides protection, making them easier to clean and maintain.

This package can be performed at your location if weather conditions permit. However, we recommend dropping off your vehicle at our unit where possible to complete the package. We’ll need your vehicle at our facility for at least 24 hours.

You’d expect a new car to be delivered and presented with the utmost care, boasting faultless paintwork and perfect in every way (with nothing to hide). Unfortunately, this is rarely the case!New car preparations are often neglected. From day one, it’s crucial to ensure your new car is road-ready with the highest level of protection and a flawless finish.
Storage conditions, transportation damage, factory issues, and inadequate preparation at the dealership can result in a range of defects and problem areas that may need attention.Fine scratches, surface marring, factory-induced sanding marks, machine holograms, bird lime etching, metallic fallout and lacquer “fish eyes” to name but a few.
Although you’re likely to be offered the in-house dealership ‘paint protection packages’ with “5 years protection”, “no more polishing” and other such big claims, in reality, they offer poor value for money.
These products are often applied incorrectly and over poorly prepared paint finishes as the in-house valet team is given strict timescales with minimal training on how to correctly prepare and protect your newly purchased pride and joy.

It is advised to ask the supplying Dealership not to touch the car before collection. No wash. No polish! This way, we reduce the need for costly paint correction services where fine scratches and swirls from bad contact could have easily been induced in the preparation stages.
